I'm a registered nutritional therapist and plate spinner, and I help women over 40 lose weight and rebalance their hormones so that they feel stronger, regain their get-up-and-go, and are better able to cope with the many demands on their life.  I do this by helping them build simple, healthy habits into everyday life that are sustainable and achievable.
